Appointments are subject to availability. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.

Deposits are refundable with with adequate notice – more than 48 hours.

Courses and packages are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

Treatment suitability is subject to consultation and contraindications. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where appropriate.

All treatments are provided in accordance with professional standards; results may vary between individuals.

Retail purchases may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and in original condition.
